Politique de remboursement

If the pedal was purchased directly from McGregor Pedals Inc.:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your pedal to decide if you like it or not. If you return it, it must contain all shipping and packing material and be in new condition. (So that I can sell it, to another buyer)
• Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded your product purchase price less 15%.
• If you wish to return your pedal, please email garth@mcgregorpedals.com within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. You must return ship the product to the address provided with within 10 calendar days. Returns not postmarked within 10 business days may be subject to an additional 10% fee.

If you purchased the pedal from a dealer:

• Refer to the dealer's return policy.

All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, certificates, and registration that shipped with the product.
